Health and fitness have always been ingrained in Kid’s lifestyle. He is now dedicated to improving people’s lives by giving them the precious gift of health.

Kid practices Zen meditation and when he isn’t working on improving his own physical health, he enjoys being active in the outdoors playing soccer, basketball and running half-marathons, and supporting the arts and culture of New York City. He is proud of his Garifuna culture and enjoys telling people about his complex heritage.

Training privately with Kid means committing yourself to the attainment of optimal health in mind, body and spirit. Kid believes there isn’t an injury, an age group or health problem that disables any person from benefiting from his private training course. His clients are a diverse group ranging from ages 6 to 90, people from Wall Street to Non Profit. He also trains clients with special needs. He encourages each of his students to develop their inner and outer strength through physical activities that focus on patience, discipline, and commitment. Each individual is given a creative and customized workout regimen! Kid teaches with passion, enthusiasm, and careful attention to each of his students.
