Kid is available to train with both one-on-one and in a small group setting. He can create a program for all levels–from fighters that compete in amateur and professional bouts to clients that just want to stay in shape and be healthy. He will also create a unique nutritional and dietary program to go along with the exercise regimen. Being a professional prize fighter, Kid emphasizes proper technique and is aware of the kinetics of the human body. His methods are tried and true and clients will be able to see and feel a positive difference within a short period of training with Kid. Other than boxing, Kid can also train clients in kickboxing and total body fitness using a variety of conditioning and strength building techniques and design abdominal workouts from beginner to advanced levels. It is an hour of time spent that will not be regretted.
Kid will tailor specialized workouts to meet the needs of individual clients. He is a great motivator and will work with clients to set and attain personal fitness goals utilizing boxing techniques and creative exercise regimens. He has extensive experience working with clients at all levels of fitness from pre-teens, skilled amateurs and professional boxers, to out-of-shape executives and recovering cardiac patients. Kid can train clients at private and boxing gyms (Church Street, Gleason’s, Mendez Boxing). Kid can also “Spar” with clients at all fitness levels. A 24 hour cancellation policy is required.
