I am 55 and, thanks to Kid, in the best physical and mental shape of my life! After only 6 months of training with Kid, I was already in the physical shape to spar with boxers over 20 years younger than myself. I have developed technique, speed, coordination, and self-confidence, all of which have helped me in the ring and in everyday life. Kid works the whole body and varies each training session, so you never get bored by routine. He never pushes too far and adjusts to each individuals needs. If you are committed to making a positive change in your life, and willing to push a little beyond a "comfortable" exercise session, Kid WILL make you sweat and you WILL get into shape, no matter what age or how fit you are. I now train 4 mornings a week with Kid, and feel like I'm really missing something if I ever need to skip a session.
I take fitness seriously, and my workouts with Kid go to the limit! He challenges me to go beyond my capacity.
